By using the Findly Software as a Service (SaaS) application, including any updates or revisions thereto ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Service.
- Data Collection and Privacy
By using the Service, you agree that Findly may collect and use certain information about you and your use of the Service. The information we collect, which may include your Zoho Organization ID and the email of the installer user, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy in detail to understand how we handle your personal information.
- Free Trial
The Service offers a ten-day free trial period. During this period, you will have full access to the features and capabilities of the Service without charge. After this period, continued use of the Service will require a paid subscription.
- Payments and Refunds
By purchasing a subscription to the Service, you agree to pay the specified subscription fee. No refunds will be granted after a subscription purchase has been made, even if the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the billing period. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, whether made by you or another person using your account.
- Rights to Terminate or Suspend Service
Findly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to the suspicion of abuse of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Findly shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Findly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Findly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Service, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions.
By continuing to use the Service after these changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Findly is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
